Visionary Surgery Center of Nevada is the premiere dedicated Ophthalmology Surgery Center in Northern Nevada. Our philosophy is simple: We exist to provide the absolute highest level of care and service to our patients in order to preserve and restore one of their most valued senses, their vision.
At Visionary Surgery Center of Nevada, we have gone to great lengths to establish an eye Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) with a commitment to excellence behind all that we do. Founded by Dr. Matthew Mills and Dr. Robert Wolff, the Visionary Surgery Center of Nevada has been created with excellence in patient care in mind at every step in the process.
We know that oftentimes patients may have some apprehension when facing the prospect of surgery for their eyes. We have made it a point to assemble the finest facilities, equipment and personnel possible to put you at ease and ensure a smooth process and successful surgical results for our patients.

Dr. Matthew Mills, MD
Dr. Mills is highly motivated by the high success rates of ophthalmic surgery and the ability to change his patients’ lives for the better. He is Board Certified and has been practicing medicine for over 30 years.
Dr. Robert S. Wolff, MD
Dr. Wolff has been practicing ophthalmology in the northern Nevada area since 1996. He has built his reputation on providing high quality eye care that patients can depend on.
Dr. Michael Westafer, MD
Dr. Westafer is a fellowship-trained glaucoma surgeon, specializing in the treatment of all forms of glaucoma. He also offers expertise in cataract surgery and the treatment of a variety of other ocular diseases.
